Abstract Scope |
The bottom-blown O2-CO2-CaO process of the BOF converter has the advantages of high-efficiency dephosphorization, clean melting, and reduction of production cost. It has great strategic significance in promoting the green and high-quality development of the iron and steel industry. In this study, we established the material and heat balance models based on the actual production data of SPHC steel grades. Then, we analyzed the utilization ratio of the bottom-blown O2-CO2-CaO process parameters, which is as follows: the top-blown O2 is 94%; the bottom-blown O2 and CO2 are 100% and 95.44%, respectively; the lime block melting ratio is 74%, the bottom-blown CaO powder melting ratio is 91.35%. Based on the actual utilization ratio of the parameters, the impact of the bottom-blown O2-CO2-CaO process parameters on the material and heat balances of the converter is analyzed, providing guidance for the development of a reasonable bottom-blown process system. |
