Radiant tubes, which are used in industrial sites for plate heating, have a Ni content of 50% or more when the operating temperature is 900oC or higher. Creep deformation occurs when used at high temperature for a long time, and evaluation of creep characteristics is an important test evaluation item for materials that are used at high temperature for a long time. After changing the amount of each element added in order to improve the creep deformation characteristics, the creep and high temperature tensile properties were observed. After the creep test, various precipitiates were analyzed using SEM to see the influence of the alloying elements. The addition of aluminum has the effect of increasing the high-temperature yield strength, but hardly contributes to the improvement of creep properties. In the case of samples with increased carbon and tungsten at the same time, high creep characteristics were exhibited. |
