In this paper, Iodine value test,infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure of three activated carbon materials, and the adsorption and separation rule of three activated carbon materials for low concentration gas was studied. The results showed that the separation effect of AC2 was best, Under the condition that the methane concentration in the feed gas is 3 VOL% ,the concentration and recovery of 1.5 L raw gas reached 5.9 VOL% and 91.8%, respectively. The concentration and recovery of 2 L raw gas reached 8.1 VOL% and 81.1%, respectively. The adsorption and separation experiments of AC2 on low concentration gas under different pre-extraction time, volume and concentration of raw gas were studied. The results showed that the optimal pre-extraction time was 5 s, the concentration increased from 3 VOL% to 8.5 VOL%, and the recovery was 85.0%. |
