Abstract Scope |
Current digital computing based on Von Neumann architecture suffers from several key bottleneck. Developing new computing models based on emergent devices provide solutions towards Beyond Moore’s computing. Interfacial-type memristive devices with excellent scalability have the potential to revolutionize not only the field of information storage but also neuromorphic computing. In this talk, I will discuss switching behavior in a simple interface type memristive device based on Au/Nb:SrTiO3 Schottky interface. I will then discuss the usage of emergent devices for neuromorphic computing. |
