Abstract Scope Seven years ago we started to build a college-wide automated outcomes assessment process. Every program identified which junior and senior courses were responsible for measuring each outcome. Care was taken to limit the number of outcomes assessed by each course. Instructors were required to upload a pdf of the metric they used to measure the outcome along with a paragraph explaining why it was an excellent measure. They also uploaded a spreadsheet with a student identifier and metric score normalized to 100 for each student in the class. Data is collected every term. All 12 of our ABET accredited programs have now adopted our Google Forms based data collection system and our results are compiled using Tableau. Our last ABET visit resulted in 9 of the 12 programs having no shortcomings. We will demonstrate all aspects of our process in this talk.
