Abstract Scope |
To investigate the flow direction, phase transformation law, and removal characteristics of alkali metal elements during the sintering process, this paper reveals the removal behavior and influencing factors of alkali metals during the sintering process through theoretical research and combined with sintering cup experiments. The research results show that alkali metal elements in the mixture are mainly brought in by iron containing dust and mud, accounting for 84.93%; During the sintering process, the removal rate of alkali metal elements is as high as 89.99%. The coke powder ratio and alkalinity have a significant impact on the removal rate of alkali metal elements. The alkali metal removal rate increases with the increase of coke powder ratio and decreases with the increase of alkalinity; |
