Abstract Scope |
Fused filament fabrication (FFF) sometimes known as fused deposition modeling and filament freeform fabrication is an additive manufacturing technology using a thermoplastic matrix with a high loading of metal particles. Upon a thermal processing, the fabricated composite sample can be converted into a metal. In this research bronze-based samples were made using an Anycubic 4Max Metal 3D machine. The process parameters and post processing thermal method are presented, as well as the mechanical and materials characterization of the final samples. |
