Abstract Scope |
A new method of producing alumina from low-grade Bauxite by calcification and carbonization is proposed, focusing on the physical simulation of the carbonization process of calcified slag. Innovative design of a three stage cross flow Venturi jet reactor. Investigating the influence of different operating conditions on gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixing, and studying the behavior of bubbles; Investigate the influence of different operating conditions on the CO2 absorption rate and utilization rate; The dimensional analysis method is used to correlate the standard number equation of local gas holdup. The results indicate that the reactor can achieve good bubble refinement effect and achieve uniform mixing between gas and liquid. The bubble diameter reaches its maximum at an apparent gas velocity of 10.616 m/s. The CO2 utilization rate does not change with the increase of apparent gas velocity and inlet liquid velocity, but increases with the increase of inlet pressure and remains unchanged afterwards. |
