Abstract Scope |
In a space environment, even a relatively minor fire or explosion has the potential to result in a significant accident, given the inherent risks associated with such an environment. It is therefore of the utmost importance that the devices employed in aerospace equipment be of the highest reliability. The objective was to develop a solid electrolyte material that would function optimally in extreme environments. To this end, a solid electrolyte with minimal variation in ionic conductivity due to temperature was developed. To this end, in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements across a temperature range of -60 to 50 degrees Celsius. In this study, we doped Sr into LLTO solid electrolytes composed of core-shell structures of TiO₂ as a precursor and examined the impact of temperature on ionic conductivity, ranging from -60℃ to 50℃, with varying levels of Sr doping. Our findings indicate that the ionic conductivity change decreased with Sr doping. |
