| Abstract Scope |
As we celebrate 10 years since the first TMS diversity summit, we will reflect upon the impact of the four DMMMs that have taken place to date. We will present the progress we’ve made in our membership diversity, the areas where we have created opportunities for greater inclusion, and the programs we’ve built to ensure the success of members from underrepresented groups. We will end by noting proposed areas of focus in the coming decade to move us closer to our aspiration as a professional society committed to ensuring the inclusion and belonging of our diverse membership. |
