Abstract:Reducing the energy consumption of steel production processes is also an important measure to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. This article studies the influencing factors and contributions of energy consumption in key processes such as sintering, pelletizing, coking, blast furnace, converter, and hot rolling, and analyzes the directions and technical measures to reduce energy consumption in each process. In the process energy consumption of blast furnace, the consumption of coke and pulverized coal affects more than 80% of the process energy consumption. In the sintering process, the impact of fixed carbon fuel on the process energy consumption accounts for more than 90%. In the pelletizing process, the impact of gas or fuel consumption accounts for about 75%. Therefore, in a comprehensive way, to reduce the carbon dioxide of blast furnace+converter long process steel, it is necessary to reduce the coal and coke consumption and gas consumption. |
