Abstract Scope |
Copper slag is a solid waste in the metallurgical industry, containing a large amount of valuable elements. However, due to the low comprehensive utilization rate of resources, it accumulates in large quantities, increasing the burden on land and the environment. This article reviews the latest research achievements in the comprehensive utilization of copper slag in recent years, mainly including the recovery of iron from copper slag, the depletion of copper, the separate or collaborative extraction of other valuable metals, the preparation of building materials, and the application of copper slag in the field of environmental protection. The focus is on introducing the research progress of eddy current reduction technology for molten copper slag, comparing the advantages of eddy current reduction technology for molten copper slag, and predicting its future development trend, It is the most promising technology for large-scale high-value resource utilization of copper slag in the future. |
