Abstract Scope |
Recently, we developed the novel low-temperature fabrication process for complex oxides using the synthesis reaction to promote the ion diffusion in the bulk. The process named as acid-base chemical densification (ABCD) process can fabricate some perovskite ceramics such as BaZrO3 less than 150ºC with high density. In this study, we try to use the some automated tools to accelerate fabricate many samples. By utilizing the high-throughput experiment and machine learning, bulk samples of various complex oxides could be prepared via ABCD process. |
