Abstract Scope |
Phase change thermal interface film has become a candidate for thermal management materials of electronic equipment due to its thermal storage capacity at phase change temperature. However, the extensive addition of phase change materials with low thermal conductivity makes it difficult to meet practical thermal conductivity requirements. For this reason, we designed silicon nitride Pickering emulsion template method to prepare microcapsules as fillers for thermal interface film. Silicon nitride was modified with ethanol solution of silane coupling agent (KH570), so that it can be used as the dispersant of emulsion to enrich on the surface of microcapsules during the preparation process. This makes the shell of the microcapsules more robust and makes it easier for silicon nitride to come into contact with each other during film formation to form a thermal conductive network. |
