Abstract Scope |
In the process of copper metallurgy, a large amount of arsenic sulfide residual is formed. This will cause harm to the environment if not treated. This study uses the arsenic containing solution in copper metallurgy to react with the arsenic sulfide residual to obtain arsenic trioxide products. The results show that the separation of As(Ⅴ) from other valuable metals in the solution containing arsenate acid can be achieved by sodium sulfite reduction. The optium conditions are listed as follows: Reduction temperature 90℃, reaction for 2 hours, per liter of solution added 80g arsenic sulfide slag; When 1~2g anhydrous sodium sulfite was added to the solution per liter, the purity of arsenic trioxide was good after cooling. The content of Sb on its purity was only 0.3%. This study provides theoretical and technical support for the preparation of high purity arsenic trioxide in copper production system. |
