Abstract Scope |
The reduction kinetics of high phosphorus iron ore pellets in H2-N2 atmosphere was experimentally investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of high phosphorus iron ore pellets in the reduction process under H2-N2 atmosphere increased with the increase of the reduction degree of the pellets, and the activation energy increased from 22.97 kJ/mol to 37.18 kJ/mol when the reduction degree was gradually increased from 0.2 to 0.9. In the present experiment, the rate of high phosphorus iron ore pellets was controlled by internal gas diffusion in the pre-reduction stage, and the rate of internal gas diffusion mixed with interfacial chemical reaction was controlled in the late reduction stage. |
