Abstract Scope |
Titanaugite particles are detrimental to the fine ilmenite flotation process. In this work, the effects of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium silicate, acidize sodium silicate, CMC on titanaugite and ilmenite synchronous suppression - reinforced dispersion. The results show surface properties of minerals were significant changed by regulators for minerals. Through the flotation test of pure mineral flos, sodium hexametaphosphate has the worst depressor effect on titanaugite. CMC both have better depressor effect on titanaugite and ilmenite. Hydrophilic change sequence of four regulators for ilmenite: CMC > sodium hexametaphosphate > acidize sodium silicate > sodium silicate; Hydrophilic change sequence of four regulators for titanaugite: CMC > acidize sodium silicate > sodium silicate > sodium hexametaphosphate; Surface potential change sequence of four regulators for ilmenite: CMC > sodium hexametaphosphate > acidize sodium silicate > sodium silicate; Surface potential change sequence of four regulators for titanaugite: CMC > sodium hexametaphosphate > sodium silicate > acidize sodium silicate. |
