To clarify the effect of the material model on a body wrinkle simulation, a finite element analysis of the deep-drawing of a truncated-pyramid-shaped shell is performed. The specimen is a 980 MPa dual phase steel sheet. Uniaxial tensile test, biaxial tensile test, and in-plane compression test are performed to make proper material models. Comparing the uniaxial tensile and in-plane compression test data, the strength differential effect (SDE) was confirmed. On top of that, we have confirmed that the material exhibited differential hardening in the biaxial tensile test. The identified yield functions are the von Mises, the Hill'48, the Yld2000-2d, and that proposed by Verma et al. (2011), which reproduces the SDE. A comparison between the press forming simulation using the finite element method and the press forming experiment of the same geometry as the analytical model shows that Velma's and the Yld2000-2d yield functions reproduce the experimental result accurately. |
