Abstract Scope |
in this paper,the application of a kind of fine grinding hematite powder in pellets was studied. The results show that the Ball forming performance of fine grinding hematite was good, the bursting temperature of the green balls was above 650 ℃. The drop number, and compressive strength increased with the increase of the ratio of fine grinding of hematite. The compressive strength of the roasting pellet was above 2700N, which can meet the production requirements. The SiO2 content of the pellet increased with the increase of the ratio of fine grinding hematite, and the reduction swelling rate of the pellet decreased significantly. |
