    | Abstract Scope |

Using atom probe tomography, we have delved into the intricate interfacial chemistry of diverse inclusions present in bomb-reduced α-Pu. This discourse highlights Pu datasets obtained through PNNL’s Local Electrode Atom Probe (LEAP 5000 XR). We unveil comprehensive insights into the composition of nitrides, carbides, and oxide inclusions within Pu-metal, improving our understanding of these critical materials at the nanoscale. |
