Abstract Scope |
In view of the scarcity and high price of bauxite resources, the raw material bauxite of aluminate cement was prepared by using secondary aluminum ash as a raw material to partially replace bauxite. The results of single-factor calcination experiments showed that the optimal preparation conditions were Al2O3 content of 60%, calcination temperature of 1350℃, and holding time of 1 h. The mineral phases of aluminate cement clinker obtained under these conditions are CA2, C2AS and a small amount of CA. After that, standard sand was added for curing, and SEM and EDS characterization were carried out on the hydration 3 d and 28 d aluminate cement, and the compressive resistance of the aluminate cement with hydration of 28 d reached 85.5 MPa, and the flexural strength reached 11.5 MPa, which met the national standard.。 |
