Abstract Scope |
Recently, contamination rate of water sources has dramatically increased due to growing population and improvements and carbonaceous materials-driven adsorption has been regarded as the most efficient wastewater treatment route due to their significant properties, namely large specific surface area and high functionality as well as developing carbon-based adsorbent from agricultural sources provides an environmentally friendly and sustainable removal process. Thus, carbon fiber nanomaterials (CNFs) with high surface area were synthesized by a simple calcination method and their absorptive abilities were systemically examined in nicotine removal system. This study offers promising adsorbent on the treatment of wastewater driven by tobacco manufacturing processes. |
