Abstract Scope |
In order to further improve and stabilize the vanadium leaching rate of high-calcium vanadium slag, it is imperative to explore its leaching mechanism and optimize the leaching conditions. In this work, the phases change during the leaching process at different leaching time were deeply studied, and the leaching conditions were optimized. The results show that with the increase of leaching time, Ca3(VO4)2 continuously reacts with sulfuric acid and the reaction is complete at 60 min. Under the optimal leaching conditions (the pH of the leaching liquid = 2.8, the Lwater/S ratio of 4:1, leaching temperature of 50°C, and leaching time of 60 min), the leaching rate of vanadium is 90.03%. |
