Abstract Scope |
The presence of fine particles in polluted air has recently posed significant challenges to human safety in various materials processes. Fine dust, composed of metal particles, harmful gases, and other substances, has proven difficult to mitigate using conventional technologies such as physical filters, electrostatic adsorption, and ionic adhesion. Our research focused on investigating a novel technology that utilizes an acoustic field with optimized sound frequency and pressure to reduce the levels of fine dust in polluted air within industrial settings. Additionally, we analyzed crucial process parameters including air flow, temperature, humidity, and fine dust concentration by collecting real-time data and conducting thorough data analysis in the data cloud. |
