Abstract Scope |
The characterization of the crystallization process for the obtained highly inductive materials of the FeCoB type was carried out. The effect of the heating rate on the crystallization temperature was analyzed and it was found that for this type of material, the heating rate of 100 K/s during ultrafast heat treatment is sufficient to obtain a crystallization temperature close to the glass transition temperature. The crystallization processes have been monitored by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) with a heating rate of 5–100K/min. The ribbons were annealed using the URA method using preheated stainless steel blocks (sections of 10 cm ribbons) and the cURA system 2-3 meter ribbons pieces on the preheated copper wheel. The obtained saturation induction value for the FeCoB material was 1.96 T with a coercivity of 20 A/m for the measurement Epstein-like frame.
Obtained results confirm that these materials can be used as energy-converting elements. |
