Abstract Scope |
In this study, chocolate serves as a frugal twin to advance in-situ characterization and processing using Raman spectroscopy within an autonomous lab. Real-time monitoring of chocolate’s structural properties provides a proof of concept for more complex materials. AI/ML models analyze the data to enhance our understanding of process-structure-property relationships. This research demonstrates the crucial role of in-situ characterization in developing and optimizing functional and structural materials in a scalable self-driving lab. |
