Abstract Scope |
The dry process purification system of six types of feeding equipment or devices are briefly introduced, and the various equipment performances are analyzed. The latest "unpowered & automatic discrete" alumina feeding technology and equipment are introduced in detail. "Feeding" way by the gas turbulent effects only makes the material "passive" mixed with fume, this approach does not require energy consumption or power consumption is low, but the mixing effect is poor, and gas-solid mixing is non uniform. The mixing effect of spray feeding mode is good, but it needs additional energy consumption and has negative effet on the system energy conservation and emissions reduction. The "unpowered & automatic discrete" with the new technology of feeding equipment structure is better than others and applied to the engineering project now. This technology provides a new feeding control train of thought for the colleagues as a reference. |
