Abstract Scope The filter bags and cages are the core components for the flue gas treatment, and also the main consumables of the dust collector. The pleated bags technology can increase the filter area, reduce the filter resistance, improve the emission index and reduce the power consumption of the fan on the basis of the existing dust collector without modification. The pleated bags and cages are an innovation of the dust collector system technology, the main difficulty is the production processing technology, restricting the cost of the pleated bags and cages are the production efficiency. Through improving the production processing technology and develop the new products, Alubase has achieved large-scale pleated bags making, applied for and obtained the invention patents and utility model patents for a series of related products of the pleated bags and cages.
