Presentation Title Starrydata2: an Open Platform for Materials Data Curated from Literature
Author(s) Yukari Katsura
On-Site Speaker (Planned) Yukari Katsura
Abstract Scope Starrydata2 (https://www.starrydata2.org) is an open web-based database system that we have developed to streamline curation of experimental data by tracing the curves in the plot images on published papers. The data are openly accessible to the public for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, by citing our paper. We appreciate user contributions to the data curation from the published papers. Assistance by large language models have been implemented to accelerate the sample description tasks. Starrydata2 covers 180,000+ curves extracted from 75,000+ physical samples in 12,000+ publications. Among the data collection projects including magnetic materials and battery materials, we introduce our largest project on thermoelectric materials, which contains more than 145,000 curves of temperature dependences of thermoelectric properties. The all-data plots of the traced curves, and the 3-dimensional scatter plots of the sample compositions and the thermoelectric properties will be presented.
