Abstract Scope |
In this work, the physical and chemical features of 56 binary Mg alloys and nearly 100 ternary Mg alloys after solid solution were calculated systematically using first principles, including the volume difference of supercells, c/a ratio, total energy of supercells, formation energy and the substitution sites of solid solution atoms, etc., and the characteristic model of interaction features was established. Based on the physical features and the solid solution behavior of more than 100 binary and ternary Mg alloy systems, the classification of solid solution behavior of binary and ternary Mg alloy systems was established, and the classification criteria were obtained by machine learning method. Based on the interaction characteristics of elements and solid solution behavior of the system, it is applied to the composition design of Mg alloys. |
