Abstract Scope |
The development of specialized power sources, particularly batteries with microscale and aesthetic variation, has been prompted by the rise of miniature electronic devices. The traditional production technique, tape casting, is ineffective because it is limited to enormous sizes and rigid form factors. This shows to be a significant design limitation for the final components that house such batteries, especially when considering applications such as drones or NASA's manned space missions. The Vat photopolymerization (VPP) effectively meets this need. The manufacturing of metal collectors and electrodes using various materials and designs, as well as their electrochemical performance and mechanical stability, will all be covered in this presentation. The difficulties in developing processes for these electrodes and collectors, including their metal-ceramic contact, and optimizing them will also be covered. |
