| Abstract Scope |
The Dynaprime High Efficiency filtration technology was developed jointly by Alcoa and Dynamic Concept in the late 2010s. Thanks to its unique and patented priming mechanism, this CFF-based technology allows for the use of high PPI Ceramic Foam Filters without penalty on the metal head. It brings the ability for high efficiency filtration in a cost-effective package with small footprint, ease of operation and significant operational cost savings over deep bed or porous-tube filtration.
Showing best-in-class performance and demonstrated operational robustness, the technology has been deployed rapidly and successfully within Alcoa over the past few years. Dynaprime is now offered to the industry and has already been adopted by other leaders in the field. |
